Technical Training for ICT Technicians and Network Managers

Very often the professional development of non-teaching staff within schools is overlooked.  After a London wide survey the London Learning through ICT team discovered that CPD courses and budget was available for nearly all school position except ICT suport staff.

LGfL and L2ICT have put together some resources and materials for ICT Technical Support staff in London schools.
